Culinary highlights at the Kristiana Hotel
The way to one’s heart is through one's stomach. That also applies to a holiday! International meals are a beautiful creation for the chef de cuisine at the four-star Kristiana Hotel. Typical Pinzgau specialties are created with high-quality regional ingredients. A successful holiday starts with a good breakfast.
If you want to get on the ski run or cycling path in the early morning you need a good breakfast. At the four-star Kristiana Hotel the rich breakfast buffet is available from 8:00am to 10:00am. If you had a late-night at one of the après-ski bars, you can choose between the late-riser breakfast (from 10:30am to 2:00pm available at the day bar, additional fee: €10.00) or the room breakfast (additional fee: €10.00)
The buffet offers at least 2 sorts of bread, 3 different kinds of buns, 3 different jams and one for diabetics, butter or margarine, a variety of at least 3 ham sorts, 3 different cheeses, fruit juices, various fruits, muesli, yoghurt (with or without fruit), a wide range of spreads, Nutella, compote, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, soft-boiled egg, fried bacon, 2 types of honey, crisp bread, rusk, toast, Danish pastry. If requested we gladly also serve lactose-free and gluten-free products.
A hearty snack for in between
By request our kitchen gladly prepares a small á la carte meal. If you return to the hotel earlier than expected and want to bridge the time to dinner, delicious snacks and cakes are waiting for you. These are particularily enticing when you feel peckish during the afternoon.
